Questions people ask us
Do you offer fixed interior packages?
No. Every space and every family is different, so every quotation is prepared for your space after the briefing call and site measurement. The quotation is itemised, so you can see exactly what is included.
What happens on the briefing call?
It is an online session of one to two hours on Google Meet or Zoom. We go through a set list of questions about how you use the space, your style, your budget and your timeline. Family members who will live or work in the space are welcome to join.
Can I hire you for design only and use my own contractor?
Yes. Our design consultancy gives you a full 2D drawing set, 3D views, a material selection guide and our vendor contacts, with site visits at key stages. Site supervision can be added on request.
How are payments structured for a turnkey project?
Payments are stage-wise: 40% on confirmation, then 30%, 20% and 10% as each stage is completed. Each stage begins once its payment is received, so the work and the payments always move together.
Do you design modular kitchens and wardrobes?
Yes. Kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, beds, wall panelling and pooja units are all part of our work, designed to your space and built with premium hardware.
